Sasha Meow

Sasha Meow is a definitive name in the evolution of Exotic Pole Dance. With more than 12 years of elite teaching experience, Sasha has developed a signature methodology that perfectly balances commanding strength, fluid grace, and boundary-pushing artistry.
Her vision has shaped the industry standard. Today, many of Latvia’s leading instructors proudly credit Sasha as their primary mentor and foundational teacher. She does not just teach technique - she inspires professionals and helps every student unlock their ultimate potential.

Adelina’s journey into Exotic Pole Dance began without a professional background in sports or dance. Everything she has achieved was built through determination, discipline, and an unwavering passion for movement. Through years of dedicated practice and continuous education with leading industry professionals, she has developed a teaching approach that combines technical precision with genuine care for every student’s individual journey.
Teaching Philosophy
Adelina believes that dance is accessible to everyone. Her classes are known for their supportive atmosphere, playful energy, and clear, structured guidance. With a natural ability to understand each student’s needs, she knows when to encourage, when to challenge, and when to slow down the process to build confidence and lasting progress.
Whether a student’s goal is preparing for competition, improving body awareness, building confidence, or simply releasing stress after a long day, Adelina provides the tools, support, and motivation needed to succeed.
Movement Quality & Professional Development
Understanding that sustainable progress starts with high-quality movement, Adelina completed her Pilates Instructor Training (PoleStar Method) in 2024–2025. This education significantly shaped her methodology, bringing greater clarity, body awareness, precise movement cues, and a deeper understanding of biomechanics into every class.
Her students benefit from a training approach that prioritizes both performance and long-term physical well-being, helping them move with greater control, confidence, and efficiency.
Building Dancers, Building Confidence
For Adelina, the greatest achievement is not found in titles or awards, but in the success of her students. Watching dancers grow stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies remains her biggest source of inspiration.
Several of her students have gone on to become instructors themselves, a reflection of the supportive and empowering environment she creates both inside and outside the studio.
Artistic Style
Adelina’s movement style blends fluid transitions with dynamic elements, combining musicality, technical precision, and expressive performance. In addition to Exotic Pole Dance, she leads Urban Style Exotic classes in sneakers, bringing a fresh and modern direction to the Riga dance community.
From Feel Good Studio to N.U.D.E.
Adelina began her teaching career at Feel Good Studio Riga in 2022, where she developed her skills as an instructor and mentor. Today, she is a Co-Founder and Instructor at N.U.D.E. Pole Dance Space, a creative environment designed to inspire dancers to explore movement freely, push artistic boundaries, and fully express themselves through dance.
